SLOWKEPT

Help

Help with SLOWKEPT.

Find the right place for letter paths, private thread codes, recipient updates, pricing, and privacy questions.

Start a letter path

Use the free letter flow to name the reason for the letter, check the boundary, find a first sentence, and decide whether to send, wait, or save.

Understand how SLOWKEPT works

See how the Guided Printable System, Private Thread Codes, recipient updates, and private timelines fit together.

Compare kits and codes

Review the Free Letter Flow, Guided Printable Kit, Reply Kit, and Premium Pack. Pricing explains the intended kit structure before live checkout is added.

Use a Private Thread Code

A code belongs to one long-term private letter timeline between two people. It is not a new code for every letter.

Leave a recipient update

The recipient can use an existing Private Thread Code to leave a simple status. They are not asked to write the full reply online.

Review privacy boundaries

SLOWKEPT does not store the full letter text. The platform can keep codes, access records, and timeline markers without keeping the letter itself.

Common support questions

Support should solve access issues, not read the letter.

These answers describe the support direction for V1 and later. Password reset is available, while live checkout and advanced code management are not active yet.

I lost a Private Thread Code. What happens later?

When support is active, it should help with code recovery through account and entitlement records. The full letter text will not be needed.

Can I change a code after printing it?

The original printed code should not be edited once it has been sent. Later admin tools may allow a code alias or support recovery without breaking the original thread.

Can the recipient reply without signing up?

Yes. The recipient can first add a simple status with the code. Account claiming can remain optional and come later.

Can I upload my letter for support?

No. Please do not send the full text of your letter through support. Support should only need account, purchase, download, or code details.

Still need help?

Contact support without sending the letter.

For account, purchase, download, or code questions, use the contact page. Do not include the full text of the letter.
